Game of Thrones. Episode 9: "Baelor"
Firs of all, new location in the opening credits: The Twins.
And the Lord of the Twins Crossing: Lord Walder Frey.
And here are three secrets spilled in this episode:
1. These two are actually father and son. You should've guessed that from the name. Jeor Mormont and Jorah Mormont. Come on.
2. Old Maester Aemon is actually a Targaryen.
3. Tyrion Lannister used to be married.
Although the Imp does get to give a war speech. Great voice projection for such a small man.
Good thing they didn't show any of the war scenes, though. That would've taken up precious screen time, which could've been used to tell other stories.
Being the second to the last episode of this season, we have an injury, an almost-death, and a death.
For those who have been saddened by the fact that Eddard Stark, the last good man in Westeros, is now dead, here's something to cheer you up.

They drew out Ned's death too much. He should have died in episode 8. Making the most out of Sean Bean, I suppose. My favourite part in the books happen next episode though, so I am doubly excited!
I cannot wait another week. Waaah.
@Teluete: I think if you haven't read the book, you'd thought that surely, they wouldn't let Ned Stark die. The last scenes started like it was about how Arya was holding up. Then again, I think they did make the most out of Sean Bean, their marketing tool from the very start. But hats off to HBO for making on Game of Thrones even though they knew they'd kill their main character/actor in its maiden season.
That said, excited na rin ako how they'd execute the season finale. Hehe.
@Sue Denim: I want Jaime Lannister dead. That is how I want the season to end. With spilled Lannister blood.
@Sting Lacson: Okay. I hope that statement is not an attempt to fish spoilers coz you're not getting any. Bwahahaha! ;P
